As of March 2006, BC MSP agreed to cover the surgery costs associated with limb lengthening for short stature. However, they do not cover therapy, travel, accommodation etc.

Therefore, in addition to the Annual bottle drive, we will only be collecting at the locations below to donate those funds for the benefit of future patients.

Thank you Port Coquitlam, for helping Matthew get these surgeries.

2007 Fundraising Event Results

The 5th Annual Matthew Drake Fund Bottle Drive was a great success!

We relied on bottles being dropped off and managed to raise $1000 more then last year.

The Girl Guides joined in to help sort bottles in return for partial proceeds, and the remaining proceeds were shared with another family undergoing the same surgery Matthew has completed, to help them with their expenses.
